Welcome to VOESH—your modern luxurious spa experience at home, in the salon and anywhere in between!
We know you’re going to love everything in your package, but if something isn’t working for you, let us know by reaching out to cs@voesh.com.
We stand behind our products and offer returns within 30 days of your purchase.
SHIPPING
We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed at voesh.com are typically processed within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. We ship with UPS and USPS. Estimated shipping time for U.S. orders take about 3-5 business days to arrive after shipping.
INTERNATIONAL
We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship outside of the United States at this time. This also includes Canada, as we are abiding by Quebec's Bill 96 French language requirements. On the other hand, VOESH is available in salons around the world! Make sure to check the salons near you and see if they carry our products.
RETURNS
We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us an email to cs@voesh.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment, minus shipping. We are sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
