National Stress Awareness Day: 10 Tips to Reduce Stress

In Honor of National Stress Awareness Day, here are 10 simple ways to alleviate stress.

1. Pamper Yourself

Jam out in your living room. Listening to your favorite songs can have a relaxing or uplifting effect on you.
