Joining our loyalty program is easy! Simply create an account on our website or sign up at checkout. You'll automatically be enrolled and start earning points with your first purchase.

You earn points with every purchase! For every dollar spent, you'll receive points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. You can also earn bonus points by referring friends, following us on social media, and celebrating your birthday with us. Please allow up to 48 hours after your order is fulfilled for points to appear in your account.

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem them at checkout. Simply log into your account, and you'll see your available rewards. Select the reward you'd like to use, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order.

Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase within 12 months. If your account is inactive for more than a year, your points may expire. Stay engaged with us to keep your points active!

Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts. However, you can choose to use either your points or a promo code at checkout, whichever gives you the better deal.

Our loyalty program has 4 tiers: Insider, Loyalist, Elite and Icon. You'll advance through tiers based on your annual spending. Each tier unlocks additional benefits like bonus points, exclusive sales access, and special birthday rewards.

You can check your points balance anytime by logging into your account and visiting the loyalty rewards section. You'll see your current points, tier status, and available rewards all in one place.

Yes! You earn points on all purchases, including sale items. The only exceptions are gift card purchases and orders where a loyalty reward has already been applied.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you've already redeemed those points, the value will be deducted from your next points balance.

Share your unique referral link found in your account dashboard with friends and family. When they make their first purchase using your link, you'll both receive bonus points as a thank you!
