We hope you love your VOESH products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We gladly accept returns on new or gently used items purchased directly from www.voesh.com within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items Purchased from Other Retailers
If you purchased a VOESH product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. VOESH is unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased from third-party retailers.
Final Sale Items
All gift cards and any items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please submit a return request through our Return Portal or contact our Customer Care team at care@voesh.com.
When submitting your request, you may be asked to provide:

The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item(s).
Return Processing & Refunds
Please allow 5–8 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at care@voesh.com as soon as possible and include photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
Sets, Kits & Bundles
We are unable to issue partial refunds or credits for individual items within a set, kit, or bundle. All items included in a set or kit must be returned together in order to receive a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available on select items purchased on voesh.com, subject to availability. To check if your item is eligible for an exchange, please submit a return request through our Return Portal or contact care@voesh.com for assistance.
Shipping Information
Orders placed on voesh.com are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is 3–5 business days after shipment.
At this time, VOESH ships within the United States only.
