How to Use
Vitamin C Shower Filter
Remove shower head OR mount from the shower arm. Attach shower filter to shower arm. Attach shower head OR shower mount to shower filter. Run the water for 5-10 minutes after install.
Sugar Scrub + Bubble Wash
Wet hair and body. Apply a generous amount of sugar scrub to desired areas, including the scalp. Massage in a circular motion to exfoliate. Gently rub and add more water to create a lather. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with shampoo and conditioner for hair.
Vegan Body Crème
Add a dollop (or more if your skin is particularly dry) to your hands. Rub your palms together to warm up the lotion. Use your hands to massage the lotion into your body in small circular motions.
Mani Moments
Step 1: Sugar Scrub
Dampen skin with water and massage sugar scrub onto hands and forearms to gently exfoliate. Wipe off with a damp towel or rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
Step 2: Cream Mask
Apply cream mask on hands and forearms to remove impurities from the skin, unclog pores, and absorb excess oil. Leave it on for 3-5 minutes. Wipe off with a damp towel or rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
Step 3: Massage Butter
Spread massage butter onto hands and forearms and massage gently until fully absorbed for maximum hydration.

Moisturizing Heel Socks
Place Moisturizing Heel Socks on clean, dry feet. Adjust the socks so that the gel lining is over your heels. Wear for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight for maximum efficacy. For added benefits, apply Solemate Heel Repair Balm to your feet before putting the socks on. With clean hands, remove the socks. Hand wash to reuse up to 50 times.
Hair Towel
Designed for wet or damp hair, our Microfiber Hair Towel helps absorb excess water from hair post-shower. Simply it around your head to decrease hair-drying time and minimize frizz and hair breakage.
Scalp Massager
Wet your hair in the shower and apply shampoo. Work your scalp brush around your head in small, circular movements. Apply as little or as much pressure as you like. Continue to massage as your rinse out your product. On dry hair, simply massage your scalp in circular movements for ultimate relaxation.
Dry Body Brush
Use on dry skin before a bath or shower. Starting at your feet, gently brush your skin upward toward your heart. Use firm, small strokes or circular motions. Apply light pressure on delicate skin and deeper pressure on thicker skin, such as the soles of your feet, to deeply exfoliate and help promote smoother skin. Do not use the brush on your face. Dry brush daily or 2-3 times per week, depending on your preference and level of sensitivity.
Exfoliating Body Glove & Loofah
Wet your skin in the shower or bath. Apply soap, body wash, or exfoliating scrub to the body glove and loofah. Using a gentle, circular motion, start scrubbing your skin with the exfoliating body glove and loofah. Pay extra attention to rough or dry areas. Rinse your skin and the exfoliating tools thoroughly to remove any soap or scrub residue. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
